Matrix Smoke Shop is not responsible for Saucey's terms, pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, driver conduct, or service failures on the Saucey platform. 5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on this website are informational and subject to change without notice. Final pricing, taxes, delivery fees, and any applicable order minimums are confirmed at checkout on the Saucey platform.
6. Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available only to cities listed on our Delivery page and only through Saucey. Delivery is 21+ only. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented in person at delivery — no ID, no delivery. Delivery times are best-effort and depend on driver availability, order volume, and route conditions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) attempt to purchase any product if you are under 21 years of age; (b) resell products purchased from Matrix Smoke Shop without authorization; (c) use products for any unlawful purpose; or (d) scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content, code, imagery, or copy without written permission.
