Every Matrix Smoke Shop delivery is strictly limited to adults 21 years of age or older. Age is verified twice on every order: first at checkout, where you upload a valid government-issued photo ID through Saucey, and again in person at the door, where our driver visually confirms the ID matches the order before handing anything over. If the ID can't be verified — or if there's any sign the customer is under 21 or visibly impaired — the driver leaves with the order and no charge is completed. No exceptions.
